  • 930PM - 11PM  Open House - Matthews Room  - Stop by to pick up your welcome abord package & swag bag, 



Saturday, May 10th 2025

  • BREAKFAST HAS BEEN CANCELLED - 9AM - Breakfast 
  • 945AM - Meet Adventure Mountain shuttle at Harrah's Valet pick up.
  • 11AM - Adventure Mountain
  • Shuttle back to Harrah's 
  • NOTE: Dinner is not provided so be sure to eat dinner first.  Their will be hors d'oeuvres if you get hungry.
  • 730PM -  1100PM  REUNION -  Meet at The Tuscany - Hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. 


Sunday, May 11th 2025

  • Recover and depart or vise versa.
